LìOLà…si torna sempre qua.
Alessandro Mosca is a third generation pizzaiolo, pizza is in his DNA. From humble beginnings in a small bourough in the city of Naples in 1949, when his grandfather first discovered this beloved art form, to an inspiring life riddled with success stories, the Mosca name is now synonymous with authentic Neapolitan pizza and successful restaurant management experience.
Alessandro’s love for pizza-making does not end with creating the perfect pizza. In fact, in the past decade, he has also become known world-wide as a leader in acrobatic pizza contests and active participant in numeours Guiness World Record attempts. His perseverance and unwavering passion have made him a World Guinness Record holder. From participating in the creation of the largest Neapolitan pizza in the world in 2004, to the longest pizza in 2016, and other experiences in between, Alessandro’s journey is nothing short of spectacular.
The Master Pizzaiolo is also a certified pizza instructor, and founder of “Professione Pizzaioli”, which not only trains aspiring “pizzaioli” but also aims to create awareness around the culture and art of the Neapolitan pizza.
His love for his work has taken him to China, Israel, Algeria, Switzerland and now Canada, where he continues to preach and teach to others about his passion. As you can see, Alessandro does not shy away from the spotlight. He has in fact judged numerous pizza contests both in Italy and abroad, as well as making appearances on Italian television shows.
Alessandro is an integral part of LìOLà Pizzeria….and we are honoured to have him as part of our family.
